I was so happy that Howard was able to fit me in today. My heating system wasn’t working and with colder weather upon us, I wanted it fixed asap. As always, Howard quickly found the trouble and had everything running smoothly in short order. HPH is second to none. My brother recommended HPH to me several years ago when my AC went out and had a great experience. Most recently, my upstairs unit went out. Called HPH and they had me back up and running in no time. Service was quick, easy and affordable!! I would recommend their services to anyone. Howard came Tuesday to diagnose the problem. It took him several hours to figure it out. Wednesday it took him two parts suppliers and significant traveling around the Metroplex to find the gas valve. He was back at my house by noon and had the heater running in about 1 1/2 hours. HPH Services is my go-to for HVAC.

I was searching the web for reasons why my HVAC wasn’t cycling as it did the day before. I gave HPH Services a call , having a small business myself- the reason I consider conducting business with their services. Made an appointment for Howard to diagnose my issue. Continuing my online tutorial, I then knew the issue and the part to replace. I called Howard to cancel the service call but he stated he was near and asked to just confirm my discovery.

He diagnosed the problem and gave his recommendations of replacing a relay on my 30 year system ( not the conclusion I had). Howard took the time to inform and showed me the reason to the failure. He only charged for the part he replaced.

A month later, my mother’s duplex with a renter on the other side, needed service. I called Howard and schedule time for service. He checked both residential units. Moms equipment was is worse condition than the renters. She wanted the renters side to have the new system .The removal and install was respectful to the tenants needs and was competitive priced to the other’s. Howard kept moms equipment running the next two years when finally it was replaced.

Howard knows how to repair and keep it running. Not throwing unneeded parts or guessing the equipment can’t be fixed for replacement. If you want it done right without having to listen to an upgrade sales pitch, Call HPH Services – I have recommended him to four of my friends that needed service and/or replacement. All thanked me for my referral.

Been working with HPH Services for at least 14 years. Howard has replaced multiple HVAC units for me and continues to service all my current units. He most recently replaced 2 old failing units in the last week without any issues and left the place looking like he hadn’t been there. After years of bad experiences with multiple AC/Heat companies, I only trust HPH services. Howard is extremely knowledgeable and straight forward in his assessments of my AC/Heat units. I have been using HPH since I moved into my office building in 2019. Howard did the initial inspection for me and has been servicing it ever since. Each year I get a reminder about getting the filters changed and general maintenance for the change in season. Preventative maintenance, urgent break downs, leaks-all handled with professionalism and excellence.

Knowledgeable professionals, fast service, they do not automatically recommend to replace, but will repair to you if needed. Once you become a customer, you get VIP service. Much better than big name companies because you’re dealing directly with the owner and so much accountability
