Howard, Came out ON TIME, for the appointment and was very clear and easy to understand, in explaining the situation my HVAC system was in, he helped out providing the financing, his crew arrived on time and were very respectful of my property, he came back twice to check up to make sure I was satisfied and to make sure I knew how to operate and set the thermostats, Howard was recommended to me by my neighbor and highly recommend Howard and HPH services to any repairs or new systems.

Knowledgeable professionals, fast service, they do not automatically recommend to replace, but will repair to you if needed. Once you become a customer, you get VIP service. Much better than big name companies because you’re dealing directly with the owner and so much accountability

I have been using HPH since I moved into my office building in 2019. Howard did the initial inspection for me and has been servicing it ever since. Each year I get a reminder about getting the filters changed and general maintenance for the change in season. Preventative maintenance, urgent break downs, leaks-all handled with professionalism and excellence.

Howard is an honest man and if he says something, you can be assured he is telling the truth. Fair prices, competent. Just a great guy. If you get a cheaper price from another contractor, ask him why. He will give you the straight facts. 5 stars!!!

Been working with HPH Services for at least 14 years. Howard has replaced multiple HVAC units for me and continues to service all my current units. He most recently replaced 2 old failing units in the last week without any issues and left the place looking like he hadn’t been there. Howard is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, honest, genuine and a truly caring person. Howard listened and heard what my specific needs and wants were when I needed to replace my old builder-grade HVAC from 1989. Howard spent a lot of time offering up several options for me as far as the set up & duct work / vent situation. I originally wanted to move my main unit into the attic until he taught me how my attic structure would not support the weight. I investigated and learned a very important lesson. I had two other HVAC companies that were more than willing to sell and install a new unit in the attic! Howard said he would sell me a new unit but would not install it in my attic. Howard spent just as much time giving me options for several different systems. Mind you, this was in December of 2020 when HVAC units were hard to come by (supply issues). Howard was up front about historical price increases as my current unit was not ‘dead’ yet. Howard cares about his customer first before any sales which in turn drives loyalty, referrals and repeat business.

Can’t recommend HPH, enough! Howard is very professional, efficient and kind. Truly a lifesaver, my mom is in her 80s and her a/c breaking in the middle of a Texas summer is serious. He wasn’t able to get the part we needed, so he came up with a temporary solution/part while we wait. He truly cares, and for that we are so grateful. Thank you Howard!

HPH Services has come to my rescue on several occasions. Ultimately, I had them install an HVAC system as mine was nearly 20 years old. They are responsive, professional, reasonable, and thorough. I’m thankful a friend referred them to me years ago.
