I was so happy that Howard was able to fit me in today. My heating system wasn’t working and with colder weather upon us, I wanted it fixed asap. As always, Howard quickly found the trouble and had everything running smoothly in short order. Howard is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, honest, genuine and a truly caring person. Howard listened and heard what my specific needs and wants were when I needed to replace my old builder-grade HVAC from 1989. Howard spent a lot of time offering up several options for me as far as the set up & duct work / vent situation. I originally wanted to move my main unit into the attic until he taught me how my attic structure would not support the weight. I investigated and learned a very important lesson. I had two other HVAC companies that were more than willing to sell and install a new unit in the attic! Howard said he would sell me a new unit but would not install it in my attic. Howard spent just as much time giving me options for several different systems. Mind you, this was in December of 2020 when HVAC units were hard to come by (supply issues). Howard was up front about historical price increases as my current unit was not ‘dead’ yet. Howard cares about his customer first before any sales which in turn drives loyalty, referrals and repeat business.

HPH Services has come to my rescue on several occasions. Ultimately, I had them install an HVAC system as mine was nearly 20 years old. They are responsive, professional, reasonable, and thorough. I’m thankful a friend referred them to me years ago.
